Sarah Chambers - APPI Trainer

Sarah Chambers is a Senior APPI instructor. Since joining APPI Education in 2009 Sarah has presented courses all over world and currently plays an active role in the training of new APPI presenters.
Having graduated in Human Biology in 1989 from Oxford Brookes University Sarah then went on to complete her Physiotherapy training at Birmingham’s Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in 1992. In addition to her 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry Sarah currently specialises in movement dysfunction, lumbopelvic stability and muscle imbalances at the Hospital of St. John and St. Elizabeth in London.
